(1) Water treatment, disinfection and purification
1. Static water irradiation
According to the formula: irradiation dose (MJ / cm2) = irradiation time (s) * deep ultraviolet radiation intensity (MW / cm2), the ultraviolet sterilization efficiency is related to the ultraviolet irradiation dose received by bacteria. In static water irradiation, there are two ways to improve the sterilization efficiency of deep UV LED: 1) improve the irradiation time; 2) Improve the irradiation intensity of deep UV LED. When the light power of deep UV LED remains unchanged, the sterilization rate can be improved by prolonging the irradiation time. At the same time, for the deep UV LED with a certain input current, prolonging the irradiation time can also increase its total radiation energy. 2. Dynamic water irradiation
For dynamic water sterilization, the irradiation time of deep UV led to dynamic water is determined by the water flow. In the case of a certain intensity of deep ultraviolet, the greater the water flow, the smaller the irradiation time, the lower the irradiation dose received by bacteria, and the worse the sterilization effect.
